Nationales Programm zur Thermo-Modernisierung vom Baubestand Deutschlands

Sehr geehrte Frau Bundeskanzlerin Merkel,

  
Kopenhagen und alle bisherige Klimakonferenzen waren durch  das Motto „global Re­den – na­tional aufschieben“ gekennzeichnet. Wir brauchen ein Umdenken und vor allem eine Kultur konkreter nationaler Schritte unabhängig von internationalen Verhandlungs­ergebnissen! 
 

Leider sind die Einflüsse der Profiteure von unserem bisherigen Energiewirtschaftssys­tem so einflussreich, dass in der Öffentlichkeit die großen Chancen einer Energiewende nicht erkannt und die vorhandenen Technologien nicht genügend genutzt werden. 
  
Wir laden Sie ein und ermutigen Sie, die Initiative zu übernehmen und die großen He­rausforde­rungen auf nationaler Ebene umzusetzen, denn Klimaschutz, Wirtschaftsförde­rung und die Lö­sung zahlreicher sozialer Probleme sind Verbündete.
  

Allein in Deutschland können mit einer energetischen Thermo-Modernisierung des Alt­baube­standes von Energiefressern zu Passivhäusern jährlich fast die Hälfte der Primär­energie, das sind über 50 Milliarden Euro an Energiekosten, eingespart werden.  Die Technologien hierfür sind vorhanden, siehe Anlage. Die kostenlos verfügbare und end­los vorhandene Solarwärme in Verbindung mit der Erdkühle zum Heizen und Klimatisie­ren ermöglicht – und dies ohne Subven­tionen – die energetische Thermo-Modernisie­rung aller Bestandsbauten der Bundesrepublik.

-          die längst überfällige Energiesparverordnung zu verabschieden

-          den vollständigen Umbau der Energieversorgung auf dezentrale Erzeugung und erneuer­bare Energien bis 2020 umzusetzen.

-          einen konsequenten ökologischen Umbau des Steuersystems vorzunehmen, der sich an Umweltverschmutzung und Ressourcenverbrauch orientiert

-          ein nationales Großprogramm zur Thermo-Modernisierung vom Baubestand Deutschlands aufzulegen

Dear Mr. President,

Please allow us, the TSW TERRA-SOL INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR SCIENCE AND ECONOMY and its international members, government departments and universities, to congratulate you to your Presidency, and to wish Gods blessings for you, your family and the citizens of America.

You have shown great courage in pointing out mistakes of the past and the will to correct them. In these extremely difficult times of international financial and economical crisis, you also have the courage and confidence to come to trend-setting decisions in the energy and environmental sectors, decisions that contain the potential to dampen the crisis.

To locate and advocate the solution of energy and environmental problems by the use of intelligent air conditioning of buildings, sensible use of solar- and geothermal energy, and energy self-sufficient construction technologies, is the main purpose of the TSW.

Approx. 46% of the world energy is being wasted by unreasonable and no longer acceptable expensive and obsolete air conditioning technologies. In the interest of the US and the world, this can and should urgently be changed for new and already existing buildings, economically and environmentally friendly by the use of the ENDLESS ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES near to the surface earth temperature and solar heat.

The TSW has isolated out of many the energetically outstanding and economically manageable ISOMAX/TERRASOL technologies and conducted comparative analysis of members and universities. They have been proven in thousands of buildings in all climate zones of the world. Earlier development stages of these technologies have been used in thousands of US low-energy buildings since many years.

This development started approx. 30 years ago in Germany and has been brought to its current status by the continuous research and development activities of the Luxemburgian scientist Dipl.-Ing. Phys. Edmond D. Krecké. It has been optimized to a max. energy consumption of 8 – 12 kWh/m²/a for heating, cooling, ventilation and pre-warming of water. And this is done at comparable investment cost to conventional technologies. However, these ISOMAX/TERRASOL technologies do not need subventions or state subsidies to be economical!

The energy cost saving of some years can finance this modern and comfortable air conditioning technology – which has been proposed for the Noble prize- for new buildings and for the energetic thermo-modernization of all existing buildings.

With this technology it is possible to energetically modernize hundreds of thousand existing buildings per year in the US alone. The citizen will be able to activate out of his energy cost savings the urgently needed consumption and the subsequent support of necessary investments. This creates millions of new jobs, directly (no high skills are required) and in the supplying industry. The environmental pollution will be drastically reduced by elimination of burners and chimneys with their smoke emissions.

And last but not least: The real estate value of such thermo-modernized buildings will increase in comparison to older type buildings with their high energy cost.  Furthermore, the US will go a far step forward towards the necessary energy autarky, and set an example for the world.

46% reduction of energy usage by the application of the ISOMAX/TERRASOL technologies for air conditioning of buildings also means a change of thinking towards radical reduction of the highly subsidized technologies supported by lobbyists like windmill monsters, photovoltaic equipment, heat pumps and possibly atomic power plants.

These CENTRAL energy suppliers are in blatant contradiction to the economical, efficient and environmentally friendly DECENTRAL building technologies ISOMAX/TERRASOL with zero energy consumption for heating and cooling. Currently further advanced technologies for autarkic supply and disposal (electricity, drinking water, sewage) of buildings are under investigation of the TSW. This is following the goal of the TSW to relieve the citizen as much as possible from the dependency on central suppliers, and to reduce public duties and responsibilities and cost.

International institutions have recognized today’s high significance of the ISOMAX/TERRASOL technologies of the Luxemburgian scientist:
